Elizabeth Pennock is an Associate Professor of Counseling at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI, where she serves as the Director of the new MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She completed her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Central Florida and taught for several years at Reformed Theological Seminary (Orlando) before relocating to Michigan in 2023.
