Teaching

Elizabeth Pennock has been invited by local universities, counseling centers, and non-profit organizations to give workshops and lectures on the topics of complex trauma, attachment, person-centered counseling theories, and more.

Ms. Pennock is currently a Graduate Teaching & Research Assistant in the Department of Child, Family, and Community Sciences, Counselor Education Program, University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL. (August 2015 – present). Responsibilities include research, curriculum planning and development, and grading. She has also been involved in planning and developing a Foundations of Crisis & Trauma Counseling course for masters students in UCF’s Counselor Education Program.
